Getting in and out
Bus
Because Cordoba is one of the largest cities in argentina, there are buses going nearly everywhere. The main bus terminal can be found at Boulevard Illía and Boulevard Perón. A listing of most of the Bus company websites can be found at Busstation.net.
Train
There are around 2 trains a week to and from Buenos Aires, and the train station can be found at Retiro Station. The trains are about 20-30 dollars each way, and less upkept than the bus system.
Getting Around
there is a bus system in Cordoba, and is helpful if you speak spanish.
Walking is a good way to see the town
Taxi's are good and aren't to expensive if you need to go a long distance.
